Still not working for me. Annoyingly the message tells you to go back and try another payment method, except you never get the option to choose one!

It was failing for me with zero paypal account balance (expecting money to come from linked credit card), but when I first pushed the money from my bank into paypal, I was able to buy the gift card using the paypal account balance. Might just have been coincidence, though.

Support person (sounded UK based), said that as it was a digital purchase which could be used anywhere in the world, theres an extra layer of security. After confirming a few security details and that the purchase was for the £20 gift (£25 with 20% discount) and said he'd fixed this on my account and to try again in 15mins.

Which is fair enough but why doesn't the site tell you that when you try and buy instead of a generic error message, poor user experience.

Worked quickly and easily for me - using existing Paypal balance. Little word of caution though, it's very easy to buy the vouchers from the site without the discount! So don't click 'iTunes' from the homepage, select the 'special offers' menu at the top (this is if you aren't using the HUKD deal link for whatever reason). Not sure if this has been mentioned already.

Just incase it did, I sent myself the email then copy n pasted the code onto a pretty Christmassy email and sent that way!

this code never a works for me usually but I got my husband to do it through his PayPal and it worked £25 voucher for £20. I have a business PayPal so think it must be due to that. I got the code to redeem straight away. Account is all topped up!
PayPal are going to do a sale from the 21st until the 24th of December, with all vouchers at 20% off. Not an active deal at present but if you check on PayPal gifts it's under the T's and C's :smiley:
