I agree it's not good but many manufacturers are adament that they have their name associated with products for all budgets otherwise they think the public would associate their brand with expensive models only, like most people do with Bang and Olufson, Loewe etc. - I don't think the public are so easily fooled and think they should avoid the budget sector if they can't compete / make any profits.

I love(d) Panasonic TVs,sadly now I advice people against this brand.most likely what yoy get is a rebranded Turkish TV not Panadonic.

Been looking at these for a while. £399 for a refurb on Panachronics EBay outlet BUT was put off by the MANY bad reviews on various sites. Now I know why they are so cheap. Think I will pay a little more and stick to my trusted Sony's.

In this country, from now on only consider Samsung,Sony or LG TVs if you want the real deal.any other brand is most likely a rebadged rubbish TV from Turkey or China.
