I started selling Onda tablets back in 2013 when i was living in Shenzhen china for 5 months and very soon stopped as they have terrible firmware and are well known in china for rushing out unstable tablets and never fixing them fully with the updates afterwards so i would advice going for the better makes like Telecast, cube & chuwi.
Funnily enough i was buying them from amazon.CN (china) and then selling them on Amazon uk:) A lot of people have had to install custom roms just to getting them working properly,Over there they known as a third rate company..

do you have experience with them?
I was going to buy an elephone 7000 from them then read a review that said it can cost you £100 to return it if it breaks, which is almost how much the phone was.

Absolutely agree about the firmware. I got two Original Onda v989 tablets. Great devices with 8mp cameras 2gb Ram, 32gb Memory and can install 128gb Micro SDXC cards, but icons kept disappearing due to the iPad style theme they used. In the end I installed a custom rom with stock android 5 and now they work perfectly.

Im more than happy for you chappy ,how much did you spend with them ? less than £130 im guessing well i sent them a order for £2000 and as another guy mentioned there customer support is so terrible they strung me along for over a month so i ended canceling my order and buying from amazon.CN.
I purchased 3 different models and i can honestly say they had the most unstable firmware i have ever seen on any tablet or phone i have sold.I ended spending ages installing custom roms on 30x Onda tablets and i wasted far to much of my time on them.
As i said before there a third rate company in china and if you ask any one in china if Onda is any good they will tell you there not ,even by Chinese manufacturing standards. If you got a good one then your lucky as the hardware is mostly good but the firmware is mostly cobbled together and rushed with all kinds of problems.
just checked this... seems all the positive reviews are similarly worded! but the neg ones are about right from my own experience.
beware people!

Definitely dodgy ground having chinese products from chinese sellers on hukd. Compared to the UK market, at times the chinese market is as brutal and lawless as the old wild west. The total focus is about taking and retaining your hard earned money. Customer service is minimal, if at all. Shoddy products, poor sometimes illegal practices by the sellers. Read the forums and reviews. It's OK for the tech and street savvy as there are some great bargains to be had. Not so, for the innocent and naive HUKD'ers amongst us, many of whom will get their fingers burnt as a result of threads like this. At the very least the deals should come with some sort of statement which includes advice such as 1) Always verify that the product you want is actually in stock (often the website says it is but it isn't) 2) Make sure your method of payment is refundable if it goes wrong (PayPal is good) 3) Don't be fobbed off and automatically accept excuses for delays. Telling porkies to avoid giving a refund is common. Not unknown to be issued with fake parcel consignment numbers.
As for this deal, crap product from a questionable dealer. Best of luck because you're going to need it.

Meh, if you order and they then say it's out of stock, then you don't get your money back, they offer a wait or a store credit. Avoid.

No, do not trust TrustPilot's reviews. There are a lot of doggy companies got very good reviews on TrustPilot. They seems to find a way to manufacture the reviews.
Try a wider general search on google, do not blindly trust TrustPilot.
