^^^^ They challenged my poor review that I placed over at Trust Pilot to try and get it removed. I provided Trutpilot with all the saved communications and screenshots etc, as well as the PayPal dispute stuff, and the review got reinstated.
I am suspicious though of all the five star reviews that they have got there, lots of them posted by people with that as their only review.
I would never deal with this company again

this does not have a Pentium processor as it claims it does
the J1900 clearly is a Celeron via Intel 's own website
That tells you the tech. is old.
usb3 is at least 8 years olds, it's like they have loads of old usb2 chips they buy cheap.
vga - bring back the 80's.
I'm sure if you spent 1000.00's on an Apple PC and iPhone you'll be buying this.
Cost 100.00 for an Apple usb cable.

Alot of complaints about Gearbest here, but surely if you purchase on a credit card then you'll always be able to get a chargeback if the retailer shafts you? (hassle, sure, but it the price is rock bottom.....)

I can't imagine it will come with a 128GB SSD for this price!

I echo the sentiments, gearbest is an awful company, they tried their very best to rip me off, thankfully paypal sorted it out.
Why are they not banned here? Please sort it out hukd!

This is very good value imo, was looking at building one of these & to get all this for that price is ace.
As for the android/windows dual boot, I doubt many people buying these are interested, as they're mostly used for kodi, in which case you'll be running openelec on these which is free anyway.
Have some heat.

Can't see the point of such a large SSD, if that's all your going to do. The only 'advantage' of a box like this is it's relatively small. Which has disadvantages anyway. It probably won't keep cool enough and you'll have reliability problems. And how good is transcoding? Without an independent graphics card. With resolutions getting higher, it's becoming an issue.

After purchasing a pipo x7s (had heating problems) and a Tronsmart Ara BJ19 ( had problems with the network card) I think I'll pass, I'm sure I will get something better at Christmas sales from a better company

Will it play Crysis?

It will probably play but only if you can receive ur item after paying for it. This is not a great company to deal with. Its been more than six weeks waiting for my fit band, still no signs of it. Please think before paying so much money on this website because even if you get ur item u are not gonna get any warranty or anything.

Unfortunately this is common practice for Chinese/Hong Kong based companies. FocalPoint and DealExtreme do it as well. I've personally caught both of those doing it; e.g. 5 star reviews, all in the same poor English, for products that have just been added to the catalog but aren't available to ship yet!
There are also companies who will post blocks of reviews for iPhone/Android apps so you' shouldn't necessarily trust those either!

I've bought a couple of dashcams off them and was happy with service.. but not having had a problem means I can't say if their customer service is any good when you really need it.
This j1900 atom is quite good particularly for the power consumption. I'd prefer a j2900 though!

I implore you not to buy from this firm. Their support if something goes wrong is non existent. Fine if you've only risked a few quid but not at this price point.
If you don't believe me then order something cheap and try to return it.

I can't imagine they'd sell many of these at $477!
Not good value, I don't think, particularly as it doesn't mention dual booting with android or an unlicenced copy of Windows (which they usually do)
