Brilliant deal, if I'm not mistaken this was posted at £50 yesterday via John Lewis (I bought one of those haha) but this is even better
(!) This is not the same as the John Lewis post yesterday. This apparently has a lower watt (power) rating and is the 'slim' version.

Possibly a placebo effect but the Vitamix 'green' smoothie recipe (pineapple, grapes, banana and spinach) did make me slightly more energetic, especially during bleak winter mornings.

The new idea is "blend and go" without pour out the smoothies. It is much more easier to clean also.

Watch a video about these new products. They're not "blenders". Blenders can't reduce seeds to practically nothing. These nutri ninjas/nutri bullets macerate all parts of the fruit/vegetable/seeds so you are getting all the goodness. If you eat seeds whole, they just pass through your system. You can see on the advertising videos how much less fibrous waste is left after using one of these. I don't tend to fall for gimmicks, I do believe these are much better than just a blender. And any way to get extra vegetable and seed vitamins and minerals, has to be good!

Apparently the Argos one has better blades for the same money (fast forward the Video to 5.40)

My 600w Nutribullet has big ice cubes in every time and manages perfectly.

in fairness I've used my nutribullet everyday for over a month and ate a lot more healthy foods I wouldn't of before. I don't feel any better for it really though! maybe my skin is clearer now and I have more enjoy on some days but it's hard to say if that's because of the blender or not. still easy to make for breakfasts so why not

Yes this is a false deal, people thinking it is BL450 900W. It is a cut down cheaper version with smaller blades, apparently the £39 Ninja in argos has the same blades as the BL450.

1 ripe pear quartered
5g fresh ginger root
550ml water.
Bung the lot in and whoosh a delicious and refreshing drink.
Best of all a doddle to wash. Quick wash under the tap and done.

I've had both, the 900W one went back after 6 weeks as the tabs on the cups wear away where they press the switch so it stopped working. It also had two different sizes of cups which was annoying. I now have the 700W slim version and I love it. Easy to use, easy to clean, simpler switching mechanism and the cups are the same size. Both demolish frozen ingredients in a few seconds.

Until I read this I didn't even realise you weren't meant to use ice.
I make a spinach, blueberry & banana nutriblast with almond milk and 6-8 of the ready made ice cubes you get from the supermarket everyday and within 15-20 seconds it's totally obliterated.
