Hello can somebody give me some advice about NOW TV. I bought the box a couple of weeks ago on the Black Friday Deal - one with several months of Entertainment. I entered a code for a month's trial of Entertainment which runs out next week. Do I have to cancel this one first before I enter the code for the extra months of Entertainment (that came with the box), or can I enter the new code today - just wondering if I will be billed if I don't cancel the trial first? Thank you.

I was in Currys earlier today, they were at £25!

If I aim for a week before, will I lose the week remaining on the trial then? Thank you.

Bought one yesterday at Tesco for £19 with the 6 month entertainment pass, and have added Plex to it too.

No i done this fir the chromecast one and it still says 7 days left for the trial

I don't seem to be able to add my 6 month entertainment pass to my account. I was given a free month's entertainment pass to start with - I have 7 days left of it and it expires on 28 December. When I try to add a voucher code it says:-

You're already on an Entertainment Month Pass offer. You'll need to wait for your current offer to end before you can apply a voucher to this pass.

I'm due to be billed £6.99 for this on 28 December, but obviously don't want that to happen as I have a 6 month pass that came with my box - any suggestions as to how to get around this please?

Just gone and cancelled the current pass, as seeing Christmas is coming up, thought that they might try and take the payment due on the 28th early. Hopefully, on the 29th I should be able to apply my new voucher (6 months) that came with my NowTV box.

Sophiasky lol you going mad! In and out here like a yoyo! If you cancel you can watch until it expires! It does seem weird you can't add it i added my movies and it says my new offer starts after the existing offer finishes!

The best thing to do is contact NowTV on online chat they don't bite and are actually very helpful!

cheers will pop down tommorow, not online but I did see a week sport pass for a tenner, might be worth getting over xmas if your team is playing a lot
