Used this for the first time today and nearly had a fit as well as being completely soaked!
The connection between the hose and PW kept popping off (Nilfisk supply a black plastic part), I assume this is because of the water pressure but what can I do? Is buying a new male connector the only solution?

My delivery charge was around £5 but that also included other items.They either under charged and just canceled or they ran out of stock either way I didnt even get an email about it.

I have this, it was a gift from a relative who no longer needed it having used it once or twice.
It's fantastic. I've had karcher washers before & this is way better build quality.

This is a great pressure washer, but don't bother buying the patio cleaner. Mine was bundled with one but it's fairly useless, much more effective to just use the regular circular nozzle to clean patios

Thanks for this, just to confirm, you say it doesn't come with a patio cleaner, what part would I need to buy?
Got this on the last lightning deal for £36 and the **** simply didnt send it. I only noticed when I looked at the tracking it said "return processed/Refunded" well I never received it in the first place to have returned it so dont know what they were playing at.
