not sure if it is national but there was about 10 in Next clearance Chilwell Nottingham store and when i paid then women on the till said they have loads of stuff cheap upstairs too and always to ask what other hats they have!!
aged 1-2 and 3-4 i saw.
I just offered over a fiver for one on ebay and got my offer rejected!!! So glad she didnt accept now!!!
