New look have now added hundreds more lines to their sale section with almost 6000 in the women's alone...some great last minute bargains to be had....

I thought click and collect worked for a bit... then it said my nearest store didn't do it.... but then offered it as a choice with the paid delivery. Confused. Don't like that, pity, few things I wanted

sure they have lost a lot of sales order you are not the only one, it very poor of new look.
i mean you can show a few days forward dates as i understand if the click n collect is burden on store staff during boxing day sales but completely wiping out this from options is horrendous.

Parcel arrived today. Stuff inside was better than expected. New look have never let me down. This month I ordered from George asda who lost my parcel, Debenhams sent me boots which were not the colour on the website and laredoute sent me a superdry tshirt with cracked printing. New look were on time and all my stuff was fab quality and fitted great. Would recommend!!!
