cold, buy espresso filter coffee from lidl for 2.29 and steam milk in microwave. works out about 5p a cup, not 90p with this pod rubbish. on the other hand, if you want a pod machine, good deal :smile:

You can also buy refillable capsules which fit these machines, either plastic '30 use' ones or a stainless steel one that will do you a long time.

Pod machines require zero clean up. You get drinkable coffee in 20 seconds

​I think the pod prices are a rip off. These coffee machines were so expensive and now they are very cheap so people go out and buy them so that they have to buy expensive pods.

​I understand HUKD perfectly well. I think these pod machines are a rip off because of the price of the drinks. An expresso works out at 29p per cup which I guess is ok but if you have 2/3 cups a day I would rather invest in a bean to cup machine at £300 (infact recently seen on here at £179).
I like pod coffee dont get me wrong but I do think they overcharge on the pods.

All Pod machines offer a very cold vote from me!! Overpriced coffee pods which is why the machines are CHEAP. I drink a couple of coffees a day which works out to be roughly 90p per day if I was to use a pod machine, thats about £300 a year just in pods plus the cost of the machine. For that money you can invest in a bean to cup machine which will work out far cheaper per cup and will make a better coffee which you will have for years!!!!

Why the company hate. Curries have easy returns and excellent offers. The staff are always knowledgeable and well trained.
If it was sports direct I'd understand.
