Cheapest I've seen it for the physical copy. The always online thing may be a bit of a downer but this is a return to form for the Need for Speed series.

Personally think online only will be the downfall for many games this generation
Same here. I've been watching some streams on PSN and as much as I've wanted it, I didn't want to pay full price due to the always online nonsense.

It is a Boring Game, theres no
It is a Boring Game, theres no feel to the game, no speed, no real steering at all, the always online is pitiful as ive not had any interactions with anyone online as per the last game rivals which i found to be actually more fun and playable. The Top speed on that game meant for better races and crashes.
I'd say get this game when its at least £20 as you will feel cheated otherwise, the map seems small and claustrophobic and just no real pace to it, no defining characteristics to add to the game.
And youre right, the Live action cut scenes are the worst, why god why

Hot price . tried the free trial on ea access , this is truly an awful game (imo), bad handling, bad graphics and never ending embarrassing live action cut sceans

The cut scenes are cringe worthy. Too many fist bumps and the use of the word "bae" is on overdrive. I tried the game when it was in closed beta and apart from those cut scenes, I thoroughly enjoyed it :sunglasses:

I haven't had a game for a while that I looked forward to like this, only to be let down by poor gameplay. This was billed as a reboot, however seems more backwards than rivals. For it to be only at night is a shame as it doesn't let the graphics shine through like they should, also the always online thing is a drag. The game feels soulless.

Original most wanted on xbox360 still the best version. I played the beta of this as well. Not great might be worth a punt next year for £7.50 lol

Confuses me does the hate towards this game. I picked it up at launch and love it. It's got elements of Underground, Carbon and Most Wanted. Granted the cut scenes may seem a tad excessive and cheesy, but I honestly don't mind them.
I've got Driveclub (hybrid) and Project CARS if I want to play a racing sim, for a pick up and play ARCADE racer I have Need for Speed.
Great game. Heat added.

I couldn't even get through my free 10 hours EA access trial. I was really looking forward to it. found it really boring.

Best price at the moment for just buying one game. Was waiting for price around £30 so purchased.Thank you for listing. Still overpriced everywhere else.

Anyone still play NFS games? They have been tanking for years just like the COD games.
NFS Most Wanted of 2005 was the best game of the series followed by Porsche Unleashed

The best NFS game is NFS Underground 2. In the latest update for the new NFS, they have added content from that game. All content for this new NFS is going to be free to download which is a bonus :sunglasses:

Most Wanted was amazing. That epic cop chase at the end was probably the best rush I've ever gotten from a video game. I've just bought the 360 version last week and will probably set it up during the holidays and play through it.
I've lost too much money to disappointing NFS games so won't be buying this until it hits £20. There's plenty to keep me occupied in the meantime

Pros;
Game looks nice.
Modifying is much better.
Despite the cons it is fun.
Cons
No wheel support.
No in car view.
Always online so expect some muppet crash head on into you while you're leading a race.
Poor selection of cars.
AI is horrendous like they're on rails.
AI cars seem to pull away despite driving a 240mph lambo then the AI slows down this happens throughout the race, probably too keep the pressure on and make the races as tight as possible.
Cut scenes are awful its like pornstar acting.
Map is relatively small.
Races are almost all identical.
Cops are boring - Easy to evade and not aggressive at all.

There seems to be some MODs from the modding community. Will have a look at these and give NFSMW another whirl with my PS3 controller conencted to my PC
