Spotted this on OCUK website. Looks like a good deal if you want to jump on the X99 platform. Probably a wise bet since the Skylake Z170 prices are still to high. Getting this as a bundle saves you £45 than if you were buying them separately.
Nice all-black looking MSI X99 SLI PLUS motherboard and some very cool looking white RAM (both PCB and headspreader) from Crucial.
I'd recommend getting the Intel i7-5820K with this bundle. Remember you don't get a CPU cooler with the CPU so the £45 saved getting this bundle will allow you to put that saving towards a swanky CPU cooler (like the Corsair AIO Hydro Liquid coolers).

This is a really good deal and I would buy. My only hesitation is that MSI boards have issues with getting Mac OSX work (hackintosh)...
