Did your moto 360 order get cancelled or did it get dispatched? Expansys said to me there was an error in uploading the order details to their system so I had to email them what I bought so they can add it to my order. However I don't know if it will be fulfilled or not.

Same - error occurred when paying by card. The basket came up as empty. I re-added the watch and I then tried by paypal. the order went through but on the order acknowledgement email it does not show any items or price - just the order number?!?! Will I get it?

Doesn't show up for me :disappointed: I'm hoping I still get it. However when I log into my expansys account it says "this order contains:" and nothing in it. My order is currently "not processed" .what about yours?

Have you had an order update? I had to send an email to expansys because they said there was an error in uploading the order details to their system so I told them I ordered a moto 360. They still haven't replied.

Spoke to their customer services team yesterday after not hearing anything from them or them replying to my emails.
Was told Item is discontinued and will not be getting any more stock and i am free to cancel my order and get a refund!
Shocking customer service.

They tried to tell me that the stock system doesn't know how many items they have in stock!!
It really is quite simple, warehouse has say 10 in stock, website should only allow 10 to be sold!!
I told him to invest in a better stock system which is tied to the website, just like 99% of online companies.
Why should I have to call them to check on an order!!
I'm sure he didn't care, just going through the motions.
He offered me a £5 voucher by way of apology.
I said not to bother as I wouldn't be ordering from them again, I'll stick to Amazon.
And breathe :laughing:
