Looks like mine is a day later than yours on the tracking. My 3.00 scan arrival Grimbergen was recorded on Saturday whereas yours was on Friday. I guess that's where the delay is. Ill give it another day or two to update before I contact Amazon again.

I've got a email saying they were refunding my money... I've emailed support but I've got a feeling they won't honour the deal!

Right, they said my package got damaged in transit and it was refunded because of that. This is not the first time this has happened to me as well... both times, same "excuse".

They told me if I still wanted it to re-order and they would refund the difference, which I have done now... waiting on things to unroll now :smiley:

ok, well the fact that they are willing to refund the difference and send it out again does mean they are willing to honour the price. So I would give them the benefit of the doubt.
They have also emailed me back and said there is a slight delay with the shipping and should be with me by the end of the week. If I have not received it by then, they will be sending me another unit.
Cant fault their customer service. Google Translate has been magic!

Yes, I find this watch really small, the display is a lot smaller than in the pics. I prefer my lg urbane which has a full flat screen.

Yes, that was a good size. I was hesitant when I ordered the urbane as that is a 1.3" screen, however this one is meant to be the same size but is smaller. I also find the poled screen sharper and more vibrant.

The urbane is currently in ambient mode and when full display it fills the edges. The ambient mode on the 360 is pixelated and looks awful

I think they both have exactly the same size screen. the LG's exterior just makes it look bigger. There's no doubt that the poled screen will be much better all round.

I think I'd be happy to pay the same price that you got yours for in the lightning deal. I unfortunately missed it and have been looking for deals on this for ages.

Edit: Also how do you think it compares to the original 360? Would you be able to post a pic?

Got mine today! :smiley: A bit snappier than 1st gen, sharper screen, and easier to change straps. I'll test the battery life tomorrow.

How do you find it as I loved the original 360 size?

My parcel made it to Hemel Hemstead yesterday morning. By the evening it was in Preston. Then later on that evening the tracking stated the package has been lost, please contact customer services :confused:.
I checked again this morning and the tracking status was updated to Check Scan Preston and was no longer lost.
I had my doubts as to where the parcel actually was so I contacted Amazon France via chat. They have informed me the parcel has been damaged in transit and offered a full refund or send the item again. I opted for the item to be sent again and they immediately generated a new order to be delivered next week. It also states that there is no need to send the original parcel back in the event that I end up receiving it.

Did you receive your replacement parcel?

If yours is delivered and you end up getting two I'm happy to pay for the one you're not using.
