Me too but got my order still and need to get them to sort when comes into stock, they can't do automatically so what a hopeless company. they have 73 units in stock when I rang the order day, my order got stuck and fobbed me off and rang next day it was OOS. 14th November I placed my order. All because their system fudged my order as the item went OOS after I paid.

what a con the product title is - sear and stew
its like any other slow cooker but this one does not sear the meat -
if you want to proper do the meat then you have to fry the meat and vegs first and then the cook better

The pan included is able to be used on hob to sear the meat first ..you can do this with most slow cookers pots
