Was looking for a tiny Micro SD to USB so this seems to be it and it is super cheap so while the built quality may not be the best you're just paying 34p for it. And the micro SD sticks out like a lump, so keep this in mind too.
Alternatively, there's a Micro SD to USB stick on eBay for £1.17 which you insert the card and does the job just fine @ http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Memory-Card-Reader-To-USB-2-0-Adapter-for-Micro-SD-SDHC-SDXC-TF-NEW-/121730495898?hash=item1c57b3f59a:g:QTsAAOSwjVVVzUgB

I can't get mine to work. The SD card doesn't seem to sit well inside it.

Say's up to 32gb on the packaging but reads and writes to a 64gb card just fine. Bargain.

Mine arrived today. I haven't tested it yet. I used PayPal and I was charged $1.38, which, if it works, looks like a bargain. I had already credit in us dollars so I did not pay any commission.

Mine came today. Looks different to OP pic (all metal, no cover) otherwise OK. My card was charged .45p, not the .34p showing at purchase and as per OP! Still a bargain, but an unexplained 29% price hike tells me that Gearbest are not the best for any future deals. Include me out!

Has anybody received it yet? Mine was apparently shipped on the 15th. I was given a tracking number but it doesn't match any courier.

International post is free for the country sending they have a wholesale agreement between UK and another country in this case China. Where by China will deliver all our mail we send to them for free and we will deliver their mail within the UK. So China Post can charge as less as they want. On the other hand as this is rip off Britain, Royal Mail or whoever owns them now charges as much as they can for international post. I know as a friend deals with a country and has an agreement with them and sells postage to Ebay sellers.

This is completely bonkers - it costs 54p to send a letter by second class post in the UK, and that doesn't include the cost of the envelope or any of it's contents, somehow they can get this halfway round the world in an envelope AND include a small item of electrical equipment for 34p! I suppose that's privatisation, god bless you Vince Cable, sorry, that should have been God Forgive you Vince Cable!

I have a much smaller version of this which was only advertised as working with SD and SDHC but it works fine with SDXC too, so I guess that it would probably work
The one I have is the Kingston one...

You will find most devices that are SD capable are also SDXC capable even when they publicly state only being compatible up to 32gb. It's a licensing issue, I'm not sure of the particulars but they don't claim compatibility even though in practice they are.
I have a SanDisk 64GB Ultra SD (SDXC) and it works in every SD reader and device I've ever tried.

there is one on ebay that does 2 for 1 pounds that doesnt require you to remove the microsd from your phone just plugs straight into your phones charging port and allows you to swap over i have used something similar before and worth extra for less hassle

Not all devices mount as a mass storage device to the PC though, some devices such as for example my Dell Venue 11 Windows tablet don't connect to a PC via USB at all or perhaps you still want to walk round with your phone untethered while 128gb of files takes 2 and a half hours to copy onto it.
Take your pick for why some people may see value in a £0.34p gadget.

Something else I hadn't realised I 'needed' until a few minutes ago.
How can they manufacture, sell, pack and post to the UK for 34p and still turn a profit?
That said, happy to support them and their efforts to keep all us HUKD bargain hunters happy.

[quote=msciazko]Any slim/small usb 3.0 microsd readers?[/quote
My sibling bought something similar a while ago and paid around £3.
I was using it the other day and the build quality is poor. If pulled too fast out of the UBS port it will fall apart living just the metal stub stuck in the USB port. I've got a feeling this is what corrupted the CD card (even though I did remove drive from 'safely remove hardware and eject media'.
