Pretty good for someone who missed earlier deals. Delivery should be £2.50 if bought online.

Yeah... Nowadays, unless I find something really cheap (like Gravity Rush on Vita - £8 for those who want to know), I avoid them like the plague. You can generally pick up the same game via deals posted on HotUKDeals in a brand new condition and sometimes at a cheaper price.
There was a time when I bought all of my games from CEX - this was about 4 years ago - but I have wised up quite considerably since then. Not least due to HotUKDeals and a friend who would often deride my s/h purchasing habit in times gone by.
CEX do give good trade-ins though for recently released games. You could buy a game brand new, not like it, and sell it for cash for pretty much the same amount soon afterwards. Of course, that won't apply to MGSV:TPP, but hey ho...
Hot for the price, but I can't advocate buying from CEX just on principle.

Just started playing it again as I had a 2 month break for fallout and that.
Still quality, just finished chapter 1 so onto the hard missions. Jesus are they hard.

They always have some sealed copies of games somewhere behind the counter. It's the newly released games so if you go on a game's release date, chances are you can find some sealed copies.

If I buy this second hand do I lose out on anything? In that often new games seem to come with a code to unlock additional content and that is a one time use code.

I took in a brand new sealed copy of Fallout 4 on release date and they asked me to open it.
