Wrist blood pressure monitors are not accurate at all, true bp is measured on the top of the left arm with a proper cuff.

My mum had one of these it didnt seem to accurate, the arm one was better.

If you are serious about monitoring your BP get an arm monitor that is validated. Arm monitors are unreliable.
