They've sent me Smash Bros instead as well. Bit annoying as I already have it and wanted Mario Party to play around Christmas.

I got sent smash bros too, not sure what options we have. I've sent a query to zavvi, it's worth more than £25, so might keep it, to sell on, but wanted mario party, will wait and see what they offer!

Damn it I cancelled mine because I realised I'd already got Mario Party 10 (bought quite a few games for the boy for Xmas and lost track) but if I'd have known I'd get Smash I'd have kept it ordered

I've just been offered a return, no mention of fulfilling the original order, so not happy, I have messaged them further!

They offered me a replacement or a refund. I replied saying that the item is no longer available on the site so would they be able to fulfil the order. They haven't gotten back to me.

After I queried it again with them. They confirmed that the original item ordered is no longer available. Therefore I could either keep the incorrect item or send it back for a refund, needless to say, I'm keeping it, worth at least £40!
