89 Buy it now or make a offer. I offered them 75 and they accepted. This is the first gen with the micro USB. Good price at 75 if you're not fussed about the keyboard.

Sorry I meant does it charge through the micro usb port, as I don't want anymore cables! Seems it doesn't which is a shame.

Or it could be because the cable is a cheap thin one, holding back the current. I've got a USB voltage/current reader so I'll test this cable when it arrives and compare it with my other ones. I was amazed when testing the cables around the house what differences there was. The original cable that came with the s3 was only giving 0.5 amp. the s4 cable just under 1 amp. I spent a few quid on a decent cable and got 1.7 amp!

I got the first gen linx 10 about 6 months ago from these guys. It gets used daily and is a decent bit of kit in all honesty.

That is an issue with the power source, not the tablet. If charging from say a PC USB2.0 port or low-spec phone charger, you will likely have max 0.5amp charge which is very low. PC USB3.0 or modern phone charges are typically rated between 0.9 - 1.0amps (ideally 2amps) and these should charge satisfactorily. Certainly a 2amps USB source will charge as good as the dedicated Linx charger.

I have a similar cable for my Linx 10 and if I use my tablet while charging from one of these cables, the tablet will use more power than the cable can charge, so the battery will end up dying. Full charge takes nigh on a full day!

I bought one from them and it wouldn't turn on. It was faulty, but they returned and refunded.

Not sure I understand the comment, but if it charges at 5V, you just need the correct cable or adapter to "charge from USB". Reasonably sure the charge connector is 2.5mm x 0.8mm, and if so, a suitable cable may be £1.28 delivered ex-UK: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/400958181468

Is this the same one that Amazon are selling with the keyboard? If it isn't, do you know if you can get a keyboard for this one just like the Amazon version?
Cheers

Not the same.
Amazon is the 1010b, much improved i.e. Double Full USB, and charges off a Micro-usb (like many modern smartphones bar the iPhones.

No this is the original. There was a keyboard available for it but was £30 and pretty rubbish. Considering I only paid £40 for the tablet (£80-£40CB) I wasn't going to pay £30 for a keyboard I wouldn't use ofter. So I just bought a cheap case (better quality than I was expecting) and a Nintendo DS keyboard for £6.89 off Amazon (works a treat)

Maybe so. Oh well if it's faulty PayPal will have your back. The ones he's sold have received positive feedbacks.
