Thanks op my youngest has just started working part-time so wanted to buy his family some little gifts for Christmas they may not be to everyone's liking but it shows he cares.

I agree that they are a crap present. Take away the gift set packaging and all you have left is cheap mass market toiletries that are sold everywhere and are always available on special offer for a quid or so an item so it's not even like it's a bargain. And they're not luxury treat items either, I see it is no different to buying someone toothpaste or washing up liquid.

Good price before christmas.

Just bought 4 for delivery. Don't really know why as i am finished xmas shopping. They make good stocking fillers and my son is reaching that age where he will gas us out with the lynx spray every morning so should keep him happy.

Dont often find the deoderant sprays at a quid, but the shower gels are.

For my situation think they are perfectly presentable presents. Shows that you thought about them and want to share something. Doesn't have to be an expensive item. Can be something small just to show here and there that have thought about someone else. Sometimes it's the small details that make people happy. Not suggesting you buy as main present - may not be everyone's cup of tea but to show a thought, it's very adequate. Just my experience.

I will never get why anyone would get these for people for presents?

I got the huge lynx showergel the other day for 1.50 and they had cans of lynx for £1 but I suppose it looks nice in the box as a gift but it certainly won't have the larger shower gel . still a great price though . :wink:
