I think it's more down to what people can afford. Obviously the people slating this item don't have a clue about it. Maybe stick to your primark and firetrap polos instead.

At least the money Osbourne has borrowed has been put into good use and benefited the economy unlike Labour which caused the worst UK recession since the war.

Sure.
Got any 'deals' yet?

You can't value something by measuring the amount off some ridiculous, inflated RRP. Is ANY polo shirt worth even £22.50 - of course not. Will it make you happier - no. Nothing says 'I'm a mug' like wearing an overpriced 'designer' brand. What happened to austerity? If you have money to waste give it to a good cause, it is Christmas after all.

"Austerity" .. Osborne has borrowed more than all the labour governments since 1900 .. What austerity? It's just a cynical move to redirect money from the poorest in society and low wage earners. Happy Christmas .

Only 20 quid last time you posted it and didn't get much heat: have people become even more stupid in such a short time?

I have one but be warned they make them small. I sent a medium back for a large and even that comes up tight on me. Unless you like slim fit go up two sizes.

Again no clue on style... Lyle and Scott is a brand which was worn by the football causal in the 80s! And still is a style brand today.

Is this brand a chav one? Like Fred Perry/Lacoste??

Eh... I guess you are joking!?
Fred Perry....Came in style with the 60s mods and are still worn by mods today!
Lacoste... Was worn by the football causal in the 80s and again is very much in style!
I hope this helps you!

If it's not in fashion anymore then why do Asos, John Lewis, house of Fraser etc still sell Lyle and Scott?

Rarely discounted? Brown bag clothing have Lyle and Scott on perma-sale. Unfortunately it's no longer 2009 when these were in fashion lol

cold. I'm sure it's a good deal for what it is, but I don't see the point in paying 22.50 for a polo shirt.

Aye ok pradamark or is it primani you shop in
Rudess to rohitmkiller
21 Dec 15#30
You don't see the point because you probably never bought Lyle and Scott before, but £22.50 is a real bargain. These are usually £50 and are rarely discounted, so when it comes at £22.50 it's good chance to buy quality polo shirt.

I don't think they are chavy or neddy or however you would like to put it. My husband has about 40 of these t-shirts and believe me we certainly aren't either of the above. As you said each to their own and this deal will please some and yes not others but so does everything on this site.

These shirts sell at £50, Lyle and Scott Polos go for £50. I've got many Lyle and Scott and paid between £50-£62 for 1 polo and £95 for a jumper an £75 for a hoody. It's a popular make.

paid about that when l and s have there annual sale
mate, that's the price in the store and online at their website , you can check if you don't believe. I understand not everone would pay £50 for a polo shirt, hence why I thought posting it at £22.50 will be attractive for some.
