I purchased the G920 in December and am happy with the feel and build quality, however I have one issue with Forza 6 with deadzones re-setting after switching to the Xbox dashboard and back into the game, the brake deadzone settings revert to what I assume is default 0/95. I found a video of this being demonstrated here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HYqizTIzxys
I have since modified my G920 pedals after watching a video guide by the same person, I hope the video below helps someone using the G920 pedals with Forza 6 (and other games).
After watching the following video, the brake pedal has 100% travel, the deceleration deadzones will need to be tweaked afterwards to suit you, see the G920 brake pedal modification guide here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6WYeuQigcPw

I had Thrustmaster T150 wheel for £99.99 but sent it back and jump to logitech G29 from Currys/PC World for £159.99 , as Thrustmaster T150 wasn't easy to setup (I am playing on PC - Project Cars) even after research and used loads of different setups it wasn't real good. Logitech G29 feels much better from first play. I am realy enjoy the game now.

Got mine today, with the gearstick... Forza on manual with clutch. Brilliant.
Can't say as I've had any issues with the brake out of the box? Ok I can see what people mean, it's a little stiff, but certainly doesn't affect gameplay. Never had a wheel before, maybe that's why I'm not finding this setup an issue?
Quick question guys. Have a t300rs for my ps4 and currently playing driveclub and project cars. Is it worth getting this for my xbox one as ive got forza horizon 2 and forza 6 for it aswel as games thatl become backwards compatible or xbox t300? Thanks

Bought the G920 yesterday - had to remove the piece of rubber inside the brake pedal spring as it was simply unplayable with it in there. Anyone else had to do this?
You could not apply 100% brake without risking braking the damn thing! The pedals are the same as the older G27 for PC but apparently Logitech added the rubber block for more braking resistance realism. However I could only comfortably achieve 40-60% brake on Forza 6 and F1 2015 was a joke. More on the issue here:
Now seems fine without the rubber block but more testing required. There's even a spring upgrade you can buy if desired and a good guide how to take the unit apart:
the g920 is PC and Xbox one compatible. the g29 is PC and ps4 compatible. if you are a PC only gamer the g29 is the better option as you get more buttons that can be configured / mapped. I've gone for the g920 as I prefers forza over driveclub. may try on my PC at some point

I want one wheel to work on all as I have PC, PS4 and Xbox One with lots of driving games. Does it exist or do I need to buy 2 wheels?

I bought mine about 3 weeks ago, but I asked if I could return it after Christmas (it was a present). So surely, I could in theory, return it and rebuy it. Is that a good enough line to reclaim £20?

Within 21 days?
If so, buy one now @ £159 and arrange a collection on the same day or after the new one arrives. It will be collected by DPD, the same courier they use for deliveries.
When the new one arrives, remove advice note and attached the returns note for the £179 one and hand back to driver to return back to currys.

I would definitely recommend this, but would also recommend getting the Wheel Stand Pro V2 to use with it. I actually bought a Thrustmaster T300 RS a week ago, which many will say is better, however it would seem that the pedals and reliability are not as good as G29. So I agonised for a couple of days and bought the G29 and don't regret it.
It does mean however that a have a brand new & sealed Thrustmaster T300 RS that I need to shift if anyone wants to make a sensible offer

wow nice find. I'm going to get the Xbox one with the shifter bundle - £184.99.
What is the best stand to use with the Shifter+Wheel+Pedals?
My only contemplation is the space it will take up.

Well for people that don't want to spend so much money on a stand, I have tried a laptop stand and it works perfectly for my racing chair/Logitech G29 wheel. Just check if the height is enough for the chair/knees.
amazing deal just ordered this and the wheel stand pro v2.

i picked this up today. i have to say i am really impressed with it. i have logi df for the ps3 and this blows that out of the water. it is much quieter for a start, the build quality is really good. 7 had about 3 hours on forza this evening, it took a bit to set up the pedals as the brake pedal is stiff. once i changed the setting in forza itself i got it perfect for me. if you are considering purchasing one of the the only thing i would say make sure you have room for a decent stand otherwise it is a no brainer as it completely changes your racing game. also i would pick up the gearstick... for the extra money, again great quality and works really well. happy christmas!!

Go for this if you want new. I say get a g27 because if you really enjoy sim racing you usually upgrade to a thrustmaster or Fanatec pretty soon after. If you don't enjoy it you sell it on and won't make much of a loss or if you're casual and use it every now and then a used one which has been looked after is fine for that, however if you're thinking of getting a ps4 or Xbox in the near future then definitely get one of these.

G27 seems almost impossible to get for new, unless you want to pay a ridiculous price, and I'm not too keen on getting a used one.

You're better of getting the g27 if you only play PC it's basically the same wheel but with added compatibility for the ps4 or Xbox one.

****! my local stores are now closed so no O2 voucher. Closed tmrw. Maybe a blessing as iI really shouldn't be spending £185 on a wheel I can't use for 6 months, BUT if the price goes up again i'll be better off in the long run. I have a bundle on reserve. Time to think it over. Stupid toys....stupid brain...stupid site.....why do you 3 do this to me?:disappointed:

The G25 uses straight cut gears rather than helical so it's louder but in practice these still aren't quiet enough to be using at 3am.
No H shifter with this but I assume the G25's is compatible and a few extra buttons.
Unless your G25 is shagged I'd stick with it.

And if not, there's the 14 days of the Distance Selling Directive. That's probably why companies began implementing such refund-if-it-goes-cheaper policies: it means less costs in the returns and processing doing it this way.
