On the shelf at the usual price, scanned in at 43p (think this has happened in the past as well). Might just be a local error or national.

Not tried these particular ones but since watching Cowspiricy I have cut down on meat (still have it with most meals but not always now) and have been surprised at how nice some of the veggie stuff is.

They are fatty and don't taste that great. Cover them in ketchup, don't worry about what's in them too much, fine for a 'cant be bothered' dinner. Just like the real thing really.

I'm not veggie myself, but my best friend is vegan so we tend to eat these when having meals. They can taste dry if overcooked, but I still find the texture of these far nicer than Quorn ones (they're too smooth!). These ones are more like chopped fibres, a kind of rosti if you like. I have them on their own for bangers and mash, and also chop them up in casseroles etc. I don't pay more than £1 for 6, so 43p is a great price.

Not great, too much rosemary in them

The red onion and rosemary ones are lovely (I'm not vegetarian either), great as a healthier option with a cooked breakfast or with some mash

As an ex-vegetarian these are not the best ones. Taste dry

They have changed in recent times, but I know exactly what you mean. I find if you fry them in a little olive oil they don't end up all dried out as they can grilled.

I'm a vegetarian, but I don't eat eggs, and I'm not a vegan. so the Linda McCartney range are great for egg free vegetarian sausages. hott

Been having these for years, they're great. They work pretty well as hot dogs. Yes, they're a little bit dry but nothing some ketchup doesn't sort out. 11g of protein per sausage too!
