Cheapest I've ever seen it, saw this deal in another thread's comments and got one for myself, only 8 left in stock I'm afraid. It's described as brand new and this means that it ships in a sealed box with all accessories from what the website says.
Don't be too harsh please, first deal I submit.
EDIT: Speculator mentions in the comments that they have plenty of stock for the xmas period and that it is updated daily.
PS From experience I know LG warranty is europe-wide no matter where the phone was produced. Probably ships with a 2-pin EU adapter.
Promotional Stock meaning it's missing headphones and extra back cover, manual and is not sealed.

How many times is this "deal" going to get shilled. They're ex promo units, marked not for sale. LG won't touch them with a barge pole as far as warranty is concerned.

I got this deal last Friday and LG confirmed I do have the 2 year warranty as did others who queried it. I'm very happy with my purchase. The money I saved went towards a 200gb micro SD card from Amazon Black friday

I have been swaying between many different phones over the last week, but I'm leaning more towards the G4 now because of it's camera, micro sd slot, and replaceable battery. Plus it is arguably the best high-end phone just now from a value point of view (however, I still haven't pulled the trigger).
I am kicking myself I didn't buy a micro sd card at the weekend. I should have jumped on that. I might try and be patient and wait for the next good sale on 128GB and 200GB cards.
£35 is a good saving as all you are missing is the headphones, second cover and manual; none of which are vital. The warranty is the big issue though. Is it worth paying a little more to guarantee there are no problems later on?

Why do people bother buying phones outright ?
It's certainly not cost effective for me.
I need 1000 mins, unltd txts and up to 6gb.
I'm better off getting contract - It's cheaper.
MA3STRO to Ceejay1974
3 Dec 15#24
I have always found the opposite. Most contracts charge you the full original retail price for a phone. For example, if you compare a sim only deal with a contract equivalent, most contracts will still charge you £500 to £600 for the phone; despite the fact the phone has come down to around £400 sim free (or much less).
Additionally, I like the freedom to change contract at any time and don't like the hassle of unlocking a phone to use it abroad. If a company treats me badly, I simply change to a different monthly contract the following month.
Granted, some good contract deals do still come up from time to time, however in general I have found that sim free is better for me.

Other people aren't you. Other people need fewer minutes or fewer texts or more data and can get better deals, sim only or payg. Phones bought outright aren't locked so you can shop around, swap your provider when you want, change your phone when you want.
Plus they can usually do maths.
Quick check on uSwitch.
Cheapest. LG G4 with 1000 mins, unlmtd text and 5Gb data is 32.49 a month. = 779.76 over 2 years.
And still not enough for you.
This deal. + giff 2000 mins, unlimited texts + 6gb of data = 697 over 2 years. Its still cheaper if you buy from ebuyer.

My LG G4 over 2 years will cost me:
£15/month with 3 sim-only (unlimited) for 2 years.
£11/month for the phone (LG G4 @ £260 spread over 2 years).
Can you get an LG G4 for £26/month on an unlimited plan? I have not seen anything remotely close.

I have used SmartFoneStore three or four times in the past and have always been happy with the Grade A phones I purchased. They sent me a locked Samsung Note 3 a year or so ago when I ordered one unlocked, but I was happy with the return process and they refunded me the cost of sending it back.
However, they are clearly using the term "Brand New" loosely if the box does not contain headphones, the extra cover, manual etc. They need to be more transparent about issues such as this as it is easy to ruin a reputation that took years to build.
Also, they really need to monitor current prices better. For example, they are selling a Samsung S6 for £419.99 new when it's on sale at Currys for £349. Anyways, I digress

I just got one of these phone delivered on the weekend. I have sent an email to the company asking if they are new, as stated, as I do not think the one I have is new. The box is damaged, no warranty stickers, finger prints on the phone when I opened it. They have neglected my email for 2 days now asking if this product is actually new. I got a LG G3 refurb for my daughter at the same time (from Argos) and everything about that phone looks newer and cleaner than the 'new' phone from these guys.

I bought a Nokia 925 for my ex girlfriend two years ago and we later had to return it because the sim card slot wasn't working. Nokia honoured the two year guarantee and fixed it. Likewise, I got the remainder of the two year warranty for my HTC One M8.
I'm curious as to whether LG would honour the full warranty if it isn't UK/EU stock.

On vodafone -
Unltd Mins, Unltd txts + 6gb = £26 after redemption.
With my sim I pay £10 p/m (GiffGaff). That 240 for 2 years (non-contracted, so I can change my phone). This phone is £260. That is £500 for 2 years which is MUCH cheaper than what you will pay. People aren't saying you're always wrong but you wondered why someone would buy a phone outright and now you're finding out
Ceejay1974
3 Dec 15#45
But for £10 a month you don't get what a lot of people need.
Giffgaff £18 a month gives you 2000 mins, unl txts & 6gb.
= 24 x 18 = £432
Phone £264.98
Total £696.98.
Yes you can swap sims/diff provider but if giff gaff is the cheapest then you're only going to go up in price !!

Take it back, avoid this deal. Not sure what the other posters are saying as spoke with LG twice, and there is no 2 year warranty for my phone. And in fact, with the first person I spoke to they refused to give me the warranty information until I told them the source of the product. Seems like they are trying to find out where these phones are coming from.
And the biggest issue is that the phone is stuck on 6+ month old firmware. No OTA updates available and no updates via the LG Bridge, seems blacklisted to me. It doesn't help that everything on the root side seems to be for the 2nd revision of firmware and not the first that I have on the device. Have no idea how someone else said they got Marshmallow on their phone. This could all just be my model but it all seems dodgy to me, fake comments perhaps?

Sadly mine is going back for a refund due to the phone not mounting any of the many SD cards I have tried in it. A shame really as otherwise it seemed fine.
Mine had no stickers pre se but under the battery compartment there was a faint glue residue which could indicate one had been removed...?

You've found a good deal there, well done, looks like vodaphone is doing some good deals or offering some good incentives to resellers and that matches your rather specific requirements. It wouldn't match mine. My first two requirements being that the phone isn't using o2 or vodafone, because where I am I can't get a signal on them. My second is that I don't want a cash back deal, I don't trust them. Those are my rather idiosyncratic requirements. My main point was that people have different requirements and buying phones outright gives you flexibility.
