Yes you can get it cheaper from chinese sellers ( rakuten points lowering the price ), smartfonestore ( only 60 days warranty ) and other places, but this is from the U.K, no EU pin chargers, and for a phone of this price it can't be beat, unless you're a Redmi Note fanboy that is ;).
Also seen it for the same price on the BHS website too.

Expansys are not a chinese seller (I don't think many/any? rakuten sellers are)

LG's UI is not optimised with the snapdragon 810 chipset. causes animation lagging at times.

Not noticed any noticeable lag, do you have all the latest updates installed.

Great deal, just got one from Expansys (arrived next day like clockwork). I've had a stupid number of different phones so I have some perspective. This is a great phone. Lovely screen, blisteringly fast, good battery life and the curved screen is more than a gimmick. This could be the best £200 you can spend on a phone at the moment. Get one before they are gone!

Yes see what you mean, Moto X with leather probably a bit more classy, but will get Flex 2 as Tim the Tool Man Taylor used to say "more power yeah!"

One thing to note.. the Moto X 32gb can be had for £187 from Motorola UK if you manage to obtain a 15% of unidays code.. also Marshmallow is already out for it.. I am in the same boat.. leaning towards the Moto X as it is much nicer especially with the leather!

Well that sucks, I hope you get it sorted, thats why I hate using those kinds of sites, sounds silly but good old british high street named sellers makes me trust them more, mis guided bramd loyalty or not, I just feel safer parting with my money.

Go to phonearena and compare phones, not that you need to because the G Flex 2 is a far superior phone, and so unique, why follow the crowd and get just another phone, when you can have this?.

Bought when amazon was doing 10% off warehouse deals. Came around €210 delivered. Was brand new, still with sticker all around.
It is really great phone. I have gone through every single iphone till iphone 6, had all flagships HTc, LGs and Samsungs but this has got something special about it and you cannot see them on every single corner.
Great buy for money.
There would be flex 3 hopefully in few months, cant wait to see what it is like.

As you can see the whole post has been changed to BHS Direct now, I dont want anyone to suffer any horror stories by buying from a " fake " Debenhams.

BHS direct and Debenhams Direct are the same company, "Buyitdirect"
Debenhams Plus are run by a company called "Buyitdirect"

Exactly. If you read between the lines. Can't imagine why Debenhams have sold their brand to this company. It may be a subsidiary for shifting more dodgy stock.
My experience with them is not something anyone would want to repeat.
Your brand loyalty is indeed misguided. DebenhamsPlus website has nothing to do with Debenhams!
Customer services are a joke, terms and conditions of sale are different. They're essentially a bunch of crooks capitalising on people confusing them with a reputable brand name.

I have this phone. Bought from Amazon.de as warehouse deal for £150 :-) It is an excellent handset. Very underrated phone IMHO and one of the most stylish. Got really great feel to it, bit slippery but really good build. Had LG g3 and mrs is having G4. Same camera as G3, screen was better on G3 because of resolution, but if you prefer total blacks of Oled as I do Then this is the one to go. G4 camera is much better though.
For me I would choose it over any phone because of its rarity and design - it just feels great in hand - everyone who looked at it was amazed.

which is best, this or the moto x play ?

I think this is better, apart from the smaller battery pack and the faster android updates on the x play.
If it was for me, it would the flex. However I got the x play for the Mrs as the battery and more standard shape suits her better.

Can't believe how cheap this phone has gotten. It got a bad rap when it was released mainly because of the CPU throttling, which it seems was down to crappy software. It really is great with the Lollipop 5.1.1 update, with the performance problems very much sorted. It is rapid, and takes fantastic photos. Steal of a deal, really!

I've got the 3GB one.
The missus has the 2GB.
There's no discernable real world difference.
Trust me.
The only real difference is that my 3GB doesn't work with all UK 4G networks.

I don't think this deal is different from the Rakuten deal.
If you read the description on both BHS and Debenham Plus.. the last point says EU version (UK plug and warranty).
I suspect it's the same EU stock.. they just break the seal and change plugs as LG warranty is EU wide anyway.. the original plug is a fast EU pin charger.. I doubt they will replace with a fast UK pin charger.. if they do they its a good deal!
