Don't buy this TV. Stopped working twice in last 6 months and has been written off by LG. Currys not ready to refund or replace with same spec.

I like uf695v but surprised to see there Re very less reviews on this compared to samsung j5500. any comments?
apparently the 40UF695V supports VP9 codec, has 1200 PMI, has 3 HDMI 2.2 ports and is same price from Richer Sounds.
you lose a few inches though, but I think its a higher range TV Richer Sounds LG 40UF695V

Think spec (and price) wise its better than the 43UF680V granted it isn't 43". A trade off I suppose, however I can't seem to find where it lists that VP9 is supported. Any links?

From memory the 770v is not faux 4k and has 100/120hz pannel not 50/60hz. Depends on what you want, for connecting to a PC for 4k deffo 770v

personally not bothered about smart or wifi ....smart i'd use my virgin box and my shield tv.

The UF675 is non-smart and no wifi. Though see what you mean about lack of proper reviews I'm either tired or does RS also show conflicting information about the HDMI, looks like it says no HDMI 2.0 connections (Mobile site says "yes" desktop site says "no") so no nothing can connect to the TV to play 4K content. Would be pretty pointless tv then if you can't actually get 4K content onto it all you'll be doing is upscaling.
I'm thinking the same at the moment, also want one that will be good for using my Xbox on. Not sure how good this one is. Anyone have one?

Oh come on.. Been looking at different 43in tv's for weeks, finally decided on this http://m.richersounds.com/#!/product/sams-ue43j5500 but now thinking for £50 more i can get 4k... But do i really need 4k tv. Arhhh
Maybe means only 1 HDMI 2.0 slot the other 2 are HDMI 1.4 slots

No, you wait until 4k is more than a gimmick - when there are higher frame rates, better dynamic range and a wider range of colours.

have been thinking about this tv myself but worried about the PMI , if you go in store and look at TV's with a 1000 PMI to ones with 1500 PMI I could see a big difference in picture quality .

Was lookin at the 675 model has its 349 with 6 yrs guarantee....@ richer sounds but couldn't find much reviews or much about it at all.
Also a 43" tv....
Anyone own either model that could give their opinion on them.

Very strange since it is missing VP9 which is required for youtube 4K. Netflix/Prime use DHCP 2.2 for 4k which it does have.

One word of warning though. No Youtube 4K as it doesn't have VP9 decoding and some webos newer apps may not work as the the older webos version. But still a good deal and price.

Can confirm it is possible to stream 4K from Netflix, Amazon Instant or YouTube & not having any problems with the apps.

Does this have 'freesat'? I know LG tv's often have a satellite feed in, but don't market it as Freesat
