Yeah - I don't know why they added a speaker.

my question would be that does it focus so much on levitating that it forgets its primary purpose, to be a speaker? #deep

I know what you mean — I’m married.

In fairness, if I was looking for space-filling clutter and it was a choice between this, or some godawful wooden letters on my mantlepiece spelling out "HOME" or "LOVE", I would definitely go for this. So I guess that's a positive review of sorts.

Certainly looks cool; wonder how it performs in real life conditions.

If this doesn’t have pale musical notes actually coming out of it and floating away, I’m sending it straight back!

I love it when things have a secondary function that is of absolutely no use to me.

One wonders why they went to all that trouble and didn't include wireless power transmission, it would be about another $4 to add it...
I wonder what weird Doppler effects you could make by spinning it....

It would be interesting to know how long these survive for. I say that as the must use some sort of electromagnets to levitate, and I've always been led to believe that magnets + batteries = dead batteries. So with that in mind I guess these will not live a long and fulfilled life? Am I wrong?

150+ years old technology becomes fashionable again?
Then they could use wireless charging technology to mach the technology of that time.

One would think so, or they would've called it a speaking levitator...
