Seems a decent price, save £30 over the 10 inch version if you don't need the screen size but still get a fullHD display.

Any recommendations for a case and keyboard for this? There's one on Amazon for £26 but it's US layout on the keyboard.

I bought the 10inch version of this in a recently deal for £30 more. I got a Galaxy Tab S2 for £299 but that is going back (as much as I like Samsung). The screen on this may not be on par to the S2 but its not far off and for the money (half the price) its a steal. It does also have a partial metal build (like the S2).
I'm very pleased with mine. Hot for a 8inch form factor. I would however recommend the 10 inch one. As well as a few extra inches, you get 32gb memory onboard.

John Lewis (Newcastle) have them at the same price but obviously with a 2 year warranty so arguably better place to but from. Google link to JL website is a page no longer there but they had 1 in stock at Newcastle last night and when he checked the system it said plenty more available at the warehouse.
I've reserved at argos though as had £10 off there with amex and figure of it breaks in the 2nd year I'll be looking to replace by then anyway. Currently estimated 5 day for availability at my local branches.
Sooo tempted to get one, dont need one but would be nice to have considering my phone battery doesnt last very long as Im always on it playing CoC and Boom Beach.

If you can nip up the M1, Alfreton had an extra when I collected mine earlier.

Always check again just after midnight - reservations not collected drop off!

So I picked one up and it wouldn't turn on or charge.
Remembered my old playbook did that and needed stacking to initiate charge. Plug the charger in for 10s then remove for ten and carry on, after 5 cycles I'm away
looked at the 13" one and wow what a price difference

Thats because the 13" isn't really a tablet.
