I brought two the other day. They weren't like the picture it wasn't crystal balls it was like plastic balls? Maybe they gave me the wrong ones. Lol

woke up this morning saw this, reserved and went to collect, I brought the clear sparkly one
Emmie124 I saw the plastic looking ones (they dont shine) and agree they not nice at all, nothing like the sparkly ones, I would return they if you can get the others :smiley:
for the price and the fact sekonda is a good luxary brand I think they are lovely, much better in person!

Reserved one and went to collect it to find a lady in front of me buying 7 and demanding to see the one I had reserved because she wanted to check the colour. She didn't realise it was for me. They have the one OP has pictured, pale blue, dark blue and pink with gold instead of the silver. All very pretty. They do have a black one with plain beads which is awful so do check if they have extra stock!

Bought myself one earlier - they're really very pretty. They only had 1 in stock at my local. It's got black threading with sparkling silver, pink, silver and then a plain black bead. Comes in a really lovely box so for £10, an excellent expensive looking gift.

Bought them yesterday from one place, took them today to another Argos and i was told by the manager over there if i could buy 2 batteries for them and he'll refund me the cost, as they don't have any watch batteries. Which i did, as i have no problems in helping others to help myself. I was back in 10 mins with a couple of new and working batteries and now both watches work just fine.
So yeah, take them back :smiley:

Bought watch , mine wasn't working , they offered to refund the watch, but not refund any battery. You might think fair enough but I only wanted the black watch and they had no replacement if this colour. So I had to pay a local jewellers to fit a battery which cost me an extra fiver.
What I was told by the jeweller is that most watches are fitted with a short life battery, for display purposes. These particular watches the crown should've been left out, but all of them had the crown pushed in , hence they were all activated and a few were ticking, but nearly all of them were completely flat. Of the 30 watches on display in my branch of Argos, by the tills, only 4 were still working.

It's common sense to leave the crown out. I do, when im not using my watches.

Just start a chat and ask if they price match, then link them to a price you can get elsewhere even if it's out of stock. You then purchase at the normal price and they reduce it to what was agreed.
