It never went away. There has been various codes doing this for a couple weeks now. Still hot tho.

Just re ordered my order that was cancelled. 2nd time lucky maybe...

Good spot but expect cold votes too as all La Redoute codes are dodgy and more often than not you will need to sign up with a new email to get the code to work.....

Even though ive got like 8 different orders from them but does anyone else think their boys sizes are a bit odd, too long sleeves and short on the body had to return loads of stuff due to this, and when you go size up the sleeves are too long.

put another order in some of last order sold out without informing me so lets see

I received my order yesterday and I'm fully happy! would recommend buying from them, unfortunately for me I couldn't get free cc as they don't do it near me in Northern Ireland :disappointed: but you can't complain about the del as you get so much off your order in first place!

I noticed that too. but changed the colours from balck to grey on a couple of cardigans and also adjusted sizesusing modify in n the checkout area and those where in stock. It just doesnt seem to show what is out of stock on the main page

dont waste your time they will cancel your order. i got an email saying they have cancelled my order.

Discount disappeared at the last stage of checkout and they said there is no such code available when I called them :disappointed:

I've ordered loads £500+ worth of clothes for £150. Using codes 2322. 2325 and 8590 all 50% off. Delivery is not so fast, I used click and collect. Sizes also run small so it's worth getting a size bigger.

Woke up this morning and went straight to my basket, code 2322 was applied, worked straight off, many pressies bought, many happy family members this year!

Finally got it to work!!!!! Yesterday I bought a cheap £3 item for C+C to see if the code 2322 was for existing customers. I received dispatch notice last night and this morning I was able to apply the code to all of my items. A second account I set up at the time didn't have any purchases tied to it still doesn't work with the code. So I'm guessing by the power of deduction that the code was for existing customers. Got there in the end. :smile:

All parcels dispatched and on their way had the parcel creation notification emails this morning

recived 1st parcel with a boy top. sizes seem to be 1 year smaller. have ordered 5-6 year size but it fits perfectly my 4 y.o.

Code worked! Took a couple of days. 1 item oos, otherwise ok.

I know 8y fits perfectly my 6 years old but on the other hand baby sizes seem perfect 12 months old in upto 18m clothes, nice comfy fit.

I ordered from La redoute on the 14th Dec, it was dispatched on the 16th, today is 28th still no sign of my parcel :disappointed:

Yeah account says it's been dispatched, I chose click collect, have been tracking my parcel through myHermes, but process just seems to be getting longer and longer, it says parcel is in depot, then it's getting sent to parcel shop then it goes back to depot, it's like going back and fourth!

That Hermes for you! I'd be complaining by now, as much as it's not La Redoute's fault, they are paying MyHermes for a service which is not being provided

I've placed 8 orders with them over the last few weeks and all click n collect except one.
And trust me I only got text message for the first order and never again, luckily the parcel shop is so close to my home so whenever walking by I ask them if there's a parcel for me? Thatshpw I've been picking up my parcels, don't believe the tracking details the link provides, my order only showed dispatched while it was already in the shop, and I could only see the Hermes link after I picked it up. So I'd advise check the shop or ring them to find out.
Also one order I opted for home delivery, Hermes tracking says it's been delivered to my letterbox which is **** cause I received nothing whatsoever, called la redoute just now and they've reordered the stuff for me for the same discounted price free home delivery and going to refund me for the lost parcel. I was quite anxious ringing them up after reading horror stories but I'm amazed by how efficiently it's all been handled. It's just the myhermes effing up!
