Think you might need to be a new account holder. I had everything in my basket (£400 worth eeek), and the code worked, but then when I logged in at the next stage it withdrew the code :-(
Don't know if I can be bothered having to add everything to basket again! Worth is though given it's only costing £90 something for so much stuff (and it's stuff I needed and was going to buy anyway).

Never order from these again. Made 2 orders before from deals and nothing arrived. They don't tell you it's been cancelled and you fight to get refund.

Those moaning about items not arriving and struggling to get refunded.... Easiest way is to order with a credit account, that way your not charged for anything that ends up out of stock.

After reading lots of reviews on poor/slow delivery, poor quality, poor customer service and poor refunding I decided to just cancel my order before its even dispatched. I asked about email confirmation etc and she seemed very keen to get me off the phone and told me that there would be no confirmation and that th money was only debited from the account and would only be taken went dispatched. Since I was cancelling the order the debit would be removed and no money would be taken.

Has anyone else cancelled before dispatch and avoided any money being taken from their account ?

I had my order cancelled folks. And they said they had a list of orders to go through to cancel!

It was obviously a glitch which won't be honoured.

Just received a phone call to advise that the order I placed and paid for on the 8th Dec. is to be cancelled unless I pay full price, they said their marketing team has withdrawn all those promo codes.

My 2 huge orders placed on 9/12 have both been dispatched. Not sure why they would cancel a few when they were honouring them on the phone as well.

Got delivery today and whoever said 'cheap tat' or words to that effect was right. Bought 2 pairs of boots, total £55 and I'd expect to pay about £25 in a budget high street store.

Picked up my order today - 10 dresses & 1 skirt. NOTHING FITS! I'm s size 10 everywhere, but here they're all coming up more like a 12/14!

OMG, finally i had my parcels delivered ysterday! Well, the items were indeed looking cheap and actually low quality. I ordered a pair of boots and a coat! The coat came with every button hanging off, one actually came off while i was trying it on. The feel of the material it was made off was awful! I could have bought a better quality coat in Primark! The coat went back today! The boots were a size bigger than I am normally (ordered 6 instead of 5 just in case) and they were very tight on my feet. The only nice thing was the FREE BAG! Looking a bit cheap but not too bad, also considering it was free! So yes, that was my first and last time ordering from La redoute! Waste of time! Rant over.

Still waiting for my parcel. Says everything is being delivered except 1 item that was oos.
