I used to shop at Kurt Geiger a lot until one day I was waiting by the till and I heard the counter clicking really fast...

Did anyone receive shoes from them? I have ordered to collect it today but didn't get any email. My friend ordered the pair of shoes but order was cancelled.

SO sick of sites like this that can't manage their stock levels properly. Placed 2 orders - both cancelled today. Absolutely useless

I ordered from there before and was either really unlucky or they dont advertise that you get broken and worn seconds. Wouldn't risk it again after 9 pairs of shoes from different ranges turned up dirty and broken :disappointed:

very poor construction and zero durability. These are cheap disposable shoes and priced accordingly

I think this just shows how over inflated their rrps are. Hot deal if you like the shoes, but I would expect leather for the original price.

I think these are an awful everyday shoe. Might be OK if you keep them in a box and wear them twice a year. I had a pair of brown and black shoes that I wore on alternating days at work. The soles of them wore within 2months, they picked them up, inspected them and returned them saying is was satisfactory wear and tear. Only 2 weeks ago I took the plunge again and bought a nice suede pair from HOF, I wore them twice and the sole started to split at the front on both shoes! HOF refunded them no problem. Maybe I haven't had the best of luck with them but I don't think I'll be buying another pair of KG's again.

Quality has definitely gone down hill.

I've had two different model KG shoes, the heels fell off both, was so embarrassing.

Their men's shoes are generally a lot cheaper than these at Shoeaholics.
