Multi buy Kiwi fruit 6 for 69p. Sorry photo blurred. Kiwis are super fruit high in Vit C&E . Two kiwis have approx 230% of recommended Vit C. They contain fat free form of Vit E, antioxidant with poss potential protection against cancer causing cell damage. They're high in serotonin, contain about 15mg of magnesium , they contain Lutein. They fairly high in salicylates great news (if your not aspirin allergic /salicylate sensitive). Watch out for Kiwi allergy.

Bought some of these on Saturday which I think was the same price as previously for 6 but now they are claiming a bigger discount as the individual price has gone up by a huge margin. I've never noticed any quality difference between kiwi fruit anywhere really and the fruit seems to last some time so even if older stock not as critical as other fruit and veg. The normal onions were terrible in the same Lidl though really rough and dirty I just went with the red onion offer which was 39p I think.

bought some of lidl's kiwis a few weeks ago and must say they were fantastically juicy and sweet with a proper kiwi flavour.

We use to get all our fruit and veg from lidl until one sunday we decided to try our local farm shop and since then we have never been anywhere else for fruit and veg. Kiwi's are 9p each. We get potatoes for 9p/llb (20p/kg), jacket potatoes 19p each (does not matter how big or small), radishes 9p per pack, onions 19p/llb (42pkg). Cauliflower 39p each.
I would love to say the name of the shop but I think HUKD would consider it advertising and tell me off. All I am saying is do not assume lidl and aldi are always the cheapest (I still do my none fruit and veg shop at lidl). Support your local businesses too, sometimes they are just as cheap and if not cheaper
