In store but seems like it would be nationwide as at the front with loads of other electronics deals.
Old style kindle with physical buttons etc, but tbh I much prefer that personally.
EDIT: Sorry, yeah sainsbury's.

Different sort of device - the Kindle Fire is a tablet, this Kindle is an e-reader.

Not the same thing at all, what you're referring to is a tablet with an LCD panel and runs a myriad of apps. This deal is for an e-book reader which uses an e-ink display perfect for reading books, it does not have an Amazon Store for apps only for books. It's designed for reading, you can use this in direct sunlight and still be able to read the screen, where as the deal you're referring to certainly can't.

But do the buttons make an audible clicking noise? That might disturb a sleeping bedfellow.

Nope.
I just picked up a second hand one of these for £30, loads of people still want the real buttons, I've no idea why they stopped doing them.

There were still a fair few in New Barnet just now if that is near to anyone.
Kindle fire is a backlit screen which causes eye strain if you spend too long looking at it (which I'm pretty certain most people do these days). True ebook readers are not backlit so it's just like reading a normal book or magazine.

I don't have that as I didn't actually buy one, just thought it was a good deal if you need one.

I really want to get this Kindle, what is type of Kindle is it?I want to start calling stores in London to check. Shame Sainsbury's don't do online shopping. You can't even look at it online

Totally different screen technology. This deal is perfectly suited to reading books and the Kindle Fire is certainly not.

They still had some in my local Sainsburys in New Barnet a few days ago, but not many. Check in the discounted electronics aisle.
