Myth 4: Drinking out of aluminum cans or cooking in aluminum pots and pans can lead to Alzheimer’s disease.
Reality: During the 1960s and 1970s, aluminum emerged as a possible suspect in Alzheimer’s. This suspicion led to concern about exposure to aluminum through everyday sources such as pots and pans, beverage cans, antacids and antiperspirants. Since then, studies have failed to confirm any role for aluminum in causing Alzheimer’s. Experts today focus on other areas of research, and few believe that everyday sources of aluminum pose any threat.
Dementia is not a joke please treat it with respect. There are many causes for the condition it is correct to protect your self if you suspect something. Don't be afraid to say no. As a wise person once said better safe than sorry. Simple but profound.

There is a reason we use tin instead of aluminum foil. Now you know.
The clooney machine aka Nespresso coffee maker. The pods... they are raw aluminum. The machine spikes penetrate the aluminum casing and shred microfilaments into the coffee grounds which leaches generous quantities of aluminum into your tap water infusion of coffee commensurate with a suitable does of brain synapse killing fluoride.
We are targeting users of Nespresso coffee machines because they fit the demographic we want to dumb down.
Enjoy your coffee.

Also just to clarify, if anyone has these, i take it they do work with Induction hobs, as it says they do, but one reviewer mentioned only half of them did, which would be very odd, and its more than likely that they have a faulty hob?

They are small and my induction hob (not sure if all) the whole ring need to cover the area and as these are so small I probably will be in the same boat - haven't tested them all yet, but i'm very disappointed with sizes

2 lids, 2 small saucepans, milk pan and frying pan, all fairly small, will be buying a new set of larger ones as they are not big enough for family cooking IMO

They're not bad for £11.25 a pan, and the bases are stainless steel, but I was expecting them to be a bit heavier weight. They aren't what I would call 'professional' pans, but maybe a bit better than something Tefal(ish) you would buy off the shelf in a supermarket. They are a present for my mum, so I will be keeping/returning them depending on her delight/not so delight with them...

As far as I recall free speech is the ability to ask others to refrain from making statements that can hurt and upset others. You may have a way of coping with this disease and feel free to laugh about it just don't impose that way of dealing with it on others. Is that about right merikiito.

“Environmental factors possibly include inorganic and organic hazards, exposure to toxic metals (aluminium, copper), pesticides (organochlorine and organophosphate insecticides), industrial chemicals (flame retardants) and air pollutants (particulate matter). Long term exposures to these environmental contaminants together with bioaccumulation over an individual’s life-time are speculated to induce neuroinflammation and neuropathology paving the way of developing AD…”
What About Aluminum and Alzheimer’s?
Professor Exley, a British bio-inorganic chemist at Keele University has described aluminum as a neurotoxin. In the journal Frontiers in Neurology (online, Oct. 27, 2014) he wrote a review titled: “Why Industry Propaganda and Political Interference Cannot Disguise the Inevitable Role Played by Human Exposure to Aluminum in Neurodegenerative Diseases, Including Alzheimer’s Disease”
Professor Exley states:
“The presence of aluminum in the brain must mean that it is inevitable that it will contribute toward any on-going degenerative conditions such as Alzheimer’s disease or multiple sclerosis, ultimately, resulting in earlier onset and/or more aggressive forms of the disease.”
“In the brain, aluminum will contribute toward neurodegenerative diseases including Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, and multiple sclerosis.”
An article in Toxicology, Jan. 2014 offered these points:
“Epidemiological studies suggest that aluminum may not be as innocuous as was previously thought and that aluminum may actively promote the onset and progression of Alzheimer’s disease. Epidemiological data is strengthened by experimental evidence of aluminum exposure leading to excess inflammatory activity within the brain…
“The causation of most of these age-related neurological disorders is not understood but since they are generally not genetic, one must assume that their development is underlain by unknown environmental factors. There is an increasing and coherent body of evidence that implicates aluminum as being one such significant factor. Evidence is outlined supporting the concept of aluminum’s involvement in hastening brain aging. This acceleration would then inevitably lead to increased incidence of specific age-related neurological diseases.”
If you want to poison your body, go ahead. The choice is yours.

While I understand what you're saying, A lot of contributions to the neurological diseases nowadays is due to the excessive amounts of chemicals in food and drinks while some have been linked to aluminium, it is but a tiny portion compared to everyday foods and drinks.

These are anodized, that means they have a protective oxide layer by an electrolytic process in which the metal forms the anode.
So unless you scrape the hard anodizing off you will not have direct contact with aluminium. The cooking area also has a non stick coating which clings to the anodised surface better than **** to a blanket.
Ive been using mine since they were, very, very expensive, and they still look like new.
