My old granddad always said "you can sell poo as cheap as ya like son, but at the end of the day its still poo!"
I never really understood what he meant until I saw this deal

When has this ever been £2.25? It's always been cheaper with an Ikea card. £1.50 is the highest so far though...

Always this price with a family card. Free tea & coffee is NOT available weekends.

Neither is the 'family price' for the breakfast, Monday to Friday only. Avoid Fridays in the Bristol store, the queue is horrendous.

More of a regular offer really and the quality of the vegetarian breakfast has deteriorated quite a bit over the last few years. Plus it's 51p more expensive than it was about a year ago I think.
Plus they tend to reduce the price around this time of year, I remember several times if was 49p for weeks so £1.50 isn't great.
The veggy breakfast really is crap though since they replaced one hash brown with mushrooms and stopped people substituting the tomato with a vegetarian sausage.
Ah yes and since they stopped using milk portions, you can really taste how nasty the robusta coffee is. It's funny how for so long the milk portions were masking the flavour.

Agreed, I am sure this is the regular price with the family card.
The veggie breakfast tastes 'orrible (the sausages seem to have gritty/hard bits in). However, it is cheap for the quantity if quality is not an issue.

Yeah, was definitely 99p not too long ago, infact I'm kind of shocked it's up to £1.50 now.

I could be wrong, but I thought it had been £1.50 for family members for ages? (I remember not that long ago it was only 99p too!) I'm not sure about other stores but in the Cardiff Bay branch, kids under 12 also get a free box of cereal with every adult breakfast purchased. Voted HOT btw for any others who didn't know.

Yes the irony is that by posting links on here people ate ensuring money is taken away from IKEA and giving it to hotukdeals through clickityclick. That's not going to make prices cheaper at Ikea
