Yeah and people who report problems with the item are almost all the same cheapo Linx tablets, looking at their price they're probably just a crappy device.

I chanced it and bought from this seller as the bad feedback is only 1% in last month (42 of 4200) and most seem to relate to missing goods - possibly stolen by courier, which to be fair can take time to sort out.
I ordered last night and it was dispatched this morning by DPD with tracking number for delivery tomorrow - fingers crossed all should be good.
Also not sure why this expired - he's still sellling them at the same price.

My only concern with this one is the negative feedback this store has got in the last month. Plenty of people never received their orders or it was received broken and had issues getting refunds.

If thats the case you will be fine paying with Paypal - never had an issue getting things resolved with them.

Really you need a dedicated graphics card...
but actually after I just looked, it seems you can run Minecraft and Sims 4 fine with this at about 30fps average, but it will not run anything more demanding..
It seems it has Intel HD Graphics 5500 and notebook check shows it running SIMS 4 fine..
so forgive my previous quick answer.. should be OK! as long as you do not want to run any more demanding games, and it should be very good for your web browsing, streaming etc..

Thanks for your reply. What should I be looking for that would be able to run it and doesn't cost £600!

They are very similar.. the only difference I found was the 250 is newer (G4, Generation 4?), the 350 G2.. I went for the 250 G4 from ebay in the end.

I have been thinking of getting this for my daughter from ebuyer for £299, although i'm torn between this model or the 350 G2 here which is the same price after cashback. Anyone know which is better? Specs seem to be the same.

Never used these guys, so anyone have any experience of them & their CS should anything go south? Would it be RTB repairs etc? Also, do they give a 'standard' 1 year warranty on kit like this or are they all John Lewis?

What an odd thing to say, don't you think that an i5 is just a bit more advanced than a 386? Did you run Windows 10 and Office 2013 on your 386?

Ya should make an "Agreeable_Person" and be nicer.
Regarding the deal, is it too much to ask for a 1080p laptop with similar spec at around this price? The display's pretty much the only gripe I have with it.

All this advance in processing power to stay in the same place. The user experience is the same. Computer tech needs to catch up with other high tech industries which have disruptive innovation every few years

Voted hot.
Have a little notepad with the deals i buy on here and the dates etc so i can compare them to current deals.
Bought a laptop from Tesco for £270 in May this year with an i5 5210U.
5200U processor is slightly better than that one, but might hold off for a better deal since thats not much of an upgrade in 6 months. But since its on par with the deal i had, voted hot. This i5 is nearly a year old so hopefully will last a while.
Looking for a laptop for my dad and he only wants basic but this would be a good shout.. tempting.

Looks like a good deal. The only issue I can see is the resolution of the screen at 1366 x 768 but if you arent fussy about that kind of thing its fine. It is rare to get a better screen in a sub £400 laptop so can't really complain.

Got one from Ebuyer last week for £299 for my Godson.

I bought this for £299 from ebuyer yesterday, and having looked for a few weeks for a cheapish (yet capable) laptop for my daughter I thought it was the best laptop for that kind of money.. 5th Gen i5 5200U, 5500 video card.. OK, only 4gb RAM and SATA HDD, but both these can be changed for not very much money. (which I suspect I wont bother doing, as it is more than good enough as is for my daughters use (school and some light gaming).
Opening post
£15 pounds cheaper than any other deal I've seen for this laptop.
****Edit****
Price to mainland UK 4.95 making final price of 274.94.
I was shipping to Northern Ireland when checking deal.
