Yes but they were most likely made to last 10 years ago. Washing machines of today only seem to las a few years under heavy use hence why we dumped our new unreliable bosch machine that kept breaking down within 2 years and have no gone with a miele that i managed to get reduced down from 649 to just over 500 after cashback and promo with a nice 5 years parts and labour guarantee.

We have a hoover that is possibly 10 years old now (bought 2nd hand) so far only had to replace heating element, bearings still good!
