I wouldn't class this as suitable for skiing mid winter even though it says Wintersports. you would definatly needed more layers. does it have a snow skirt as it doesn't say it does?

Got the plain grey version of this and as a rain coat it's fantastic for walking or for work as looks smart too but need base layers and as so waterproof can get warm!

how waterproof are they like gore tex or similar ?

Are these warm. or do they need a number of layers under them. ie, do the just keep the weather off you and that's it?
