Xbox live members. Deal with gold. GTA: San Andreas £2.99 as a digital download. I've not seen this in store in a physical format in years, even pre owned. I don't know how long Xbox will list it at this price. Get it whilst you can. If you've not already got it!
Terrible mobile port, most of the music taken out.

Awful port of the iOS/Android version, not the PS2/Xbox/PC version.
For £3 it's OK to play through once, but after that you'll never play it again.

Actually, whilst the resolution has been bumped up to 720p this version is inferior in every single way to the original.
This version, like the original, can't even hold a locked 30fps. Considering the majority of HD ports run at 60fps this is unacceptable.
They've also messed about with the look of the game and it now appears far too "clean."
Loads of songs have been removed as well because of copyright reasons.
If you don't own the older consoles then at £3 this isn't bad but Rockstar put zero effort into this. It should easily have been running at a locked 60fps on consoles as well as had other modern day enhancements.
Rockstar don't seem to care much about their back catalogue if this and the recent PS4 ports are anything to go by. They're just quick and dirty ports to make easy money off nostalgic gamers.

Has this ever been higher priced since it launched on the marketplace? Always seems to be in every sale for '75% off' but have never seen it listed for more Talland £2.99
As people have said it's a disappointing inferior port, but worth it for the achievement support etc if your a big GTA fan

This is a xbox 360 game, so you can actually be in a party or send messages as you would on any other game unlike the original xbox games. It also comes with 1000G to be earned.

No, San Andreas has been out for Xbox 360 on disc for a few months now, it's terribly overpriced everywhere I see it.

I've got the original download version of the XBOX version stored on my 360. Annoyingly, I changed from a 'phat' 360 to a slim and it's one of the few game saves that couldn't be copied across, so I've never gone back to it.
I guess if they ever make it backwards compatible on the XBOX One, they'll only do it for the iOS port rather than the old one.
