Other than having your the game in your steam libary , is there any other advantage than having it direct via rockstar !?
I am tempted but played it on xbox 360 , Is the online multiplay good on this game ,is there still a big community ?

I would like to point out that the only place to get a Steam version of this game is if the game was purchased through Steam as a gift/purchased for yourself, all other keys sold online would be Rockstar Social Club keys (Steam version still uses the same Social club platform)

It was reduced to this price in the 'Holiday' (Thanksgiving) sale the other week. I'll bet it will be this price again in the 'Winter' (Christmas) sale and no lower, simply because otherwise people buying it now would be able to claim refunds and then rebuy at the lower price, so I don't think they would give a 40% discount now if they had plans to do a 60% discount next week. Happy to be proven wrong on that of course! I did buy it the other week and am totally happy with it at this price - a lot of game for the money, even considering I played it on the 360 when it first came out 2 weeks ago. Well worth it for the enhanced graphics, new features like first person and the video editor and, of course, the ever-evolving online.

Social club is around £4 cheaper with CDKeys but buy this instead. Regret getting social club version, had to download game twice (65gb) and download crashes every min or 2
I think £25 is low enough for me, which it should be in the Winter sale, but I'm not too sure yet

Did exactly the same with Witcher 3 but on Xbone, still waiting for it to have a decent discount before grabbing it on Steam, can only imagine it looks even better on PC.
Bit annoying when people vote it cold just because they don't like it. All about the price, not how good the game is. :disappointed:

I had Witcher 3 on PS4 when it came out as I didn't want to risk getting it on PC because my PC might not run it. I wanted to get it on Steam now I'm sure I can, yet nowhere sells it cheaply :disappointed: I have to wait for Steam to sell it. I could pay £14 for it on GOG, but c'mon.. I want it on Steam :disappointed:

Yeah it was a Steam version of the game, I'm a sucker for Steam too, didn't mind pay that bit extra to have all my games in one place, just easier that way :smiley:

There's a new update called Executives and Other Criminals. So it depends if you want to get ahead of the game and start playing that asap or whether it's worth holding off and waiting to see how it is discounted over the Christmas sales. It's unlikely to get cheaper, however my guess would be that they may throw in a Shark Card, this is purely speculation though.
