Finger prints are taken from suspected criminals.
What are the odds this device takes a finger print and sends it covertly to the authorities?
I would not use the finger print scanner.

Wow, sorry to hear about the battery problems. Touch wood, mines been fine so far, but mainly charged on Qi charger rather than quick charger. Have used quick charger once, but not for a full cycle. Were both instances on the quickcharger supplied?
I bought this because it was such a good price and love my Nexus 5. This is a different level altogether and would be devastated to return it now.

My Nexus 6 arrived today - during first charge the battery has swollen dramatically and pushed the back cover off!! This is a known issue with them ..http://tech.firstpost.com/news-analysis/motorola-to-replace-defective-nexus-6-devices-with-undone-covers-250293.html . I wonder if these have come from a dodgy batch. It will have to go back, I'm not sure I'll risk getting another - will stick with my Note 4 which I was only replacing because I wanted stock Android and the Note 4 has a known issue with bluetooth audio. :disappointed:

Distance Selling Regulations allow 14-day no-fee return of unwanted items. The most important thing is to quote that you wish to return the items under "EU DSR" terms. As they have registered offices within the EU they cannot get out of this. If they try then just inform your credit card company and leave the chasing/full-refund up to them.
This is quoted within Expansys T&C's.
Cancellations & Retractions
- Please read the Returns Procedure and Conditions beforehand.
- Procedure - In compliance with article 9 of the DIRECTIVE 2011/83/EU OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL, the Consumer is entitled to a fourteen (14) calendar day retraction period starting from the date they receive the product(s) to return any item that may not suit his/her needs.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must inform EXPANSYS of their decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by fax to +33 (0)897 503 378 or by email to [email protected]). They may use the model withdrawal form, available here.
Products must be in good condition and, preferably, in its original packaging – whatever the condition of the latter – in order to be resold. The Consumer will be allowed to choose between having the returned goods replaced with another reference and receiving a refund without any penalty, with the exception of return fees. The Consumer is therefore entitled to a fourteen (14) calendar day period to inform EXPANSYS that it is his or her wish to cancel his or her order and to obtain an RMA number from the Customer Care department.
NB: The Consumer shall send back the goods not later than 14 days from the day on which they have communicated their decision to withdraw from the contract (article 14, paragraph 1 of the DIRECTIVE 2011/83/EU OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL.

Here is a part of their policy
1 You have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to the end of 7 working days from date of delivery (see below).
2.2 To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to ipodwarehouse by letter, fax or e-mail, at the fax number or e-mail address shown in the "contact us" page of our website, giving details of the goods ordered and (where appropriate) their delivery. Notification by phone is not sufficient.
2.3 If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you must make sure that the item(s) is "UNOPENED" in original condition including packing & sealing, if an item has been opened/unsealed then we will apply a 10% - 30% restocking fee depending on the condition of your return.
2.4 The goods must be returned to the address shown in the "Contact US" page of the website. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit.
2.5 Once you have notified ipodwarehouse that you are canceling the contract, ipodwarehouse will refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods less any expenses incurred.

What about their return refund policy i found on "one of their seller" is 7 days to change mind and if UNOPENED item they will refund 100% or if OPENED 10-30% less refund for their blah blah blah? I am thinking about one phone which was popular here from gearbest/banggood but that was china version and in description doesnt mention about china/world version so if i open place o2 Sim no 4G appear it mean china but phone opened so have to return on my cost plus refund 10-30% less mean 20 to 60 quid lighter.
Problem sorted not this model what i expected china 1.8ghz

I did a similar deal a few weeks back. Points came in as expected, but they can only be spent on the site, and it's more expensive than say Amazon, so I paid over-the-odds for what I bought. Worth noting.
Also, I have about £12 worth leftover, which I can't seem to use...
I had exact same problem and lost all my bonus points... The customer service is BULL SHIIEETT. Called them over 5-6 times and 2 emails, everytime saying we are looking into this... I got no response even today (over a month now). But you can use an item less than the bonus point, and then it will not ask for card. I lost £84 of bonus points but when you pay an amount upoto your bunus point, no cards are required. Do not bother to call your banks as it is PURELY this horrible site's problem.

Americans torture innocent people and keep them in prision for years without trial. Didn't you know that? They also engage in rendition and state sponsored assasinations. They are regarded by many as a terrorist state that cannot be trusted. They kill innocent children in drone attacks and do not shed a tear. The Amercians have murdered more innocent people than the innocent people that were killed in 9/11. UK passports do not have finger prints stored.

It's been a while which I come across to the following error with and without using vouchers.
"We're sorry! An error has occurred during payment. Please try to place your order again."
As Rakuten Customer Service asked me, I've changed my email address and I've tried it with different bank cards and even on my mobile/tablet, but I still have problem for few weeks and I can not buy anything more than my Rakuten points as although the order goes through the Payment authorisation page and back to the Rakuten successfully, the "We're sorry! An error has occurred during payment. Please try to place your order again." will appear. :disappointed:
May I know whether anyone found a solution or not ?

In all fairness, why would a normal (i.e. non-criminal) citizen bother about FBI having or whatever agency having their fingerprints. AS long as you have nothing to hide, you shouldn't worry too much, should you? Also, not sure how about UK passports but in my passport I have my fingerprint stored. Again, why being bothered about it? I treat it as a very convenient and fast way to unlock the phone, it gives good security without having to enter pin or lock pattern everytime. For me, convenience wins over the fear of FBI having my fingerprint:)

If they want it they will get it anyway. I think it is more a limitation of the hardware. I'd actually prefer if it was stored as part of icloud or google so i don't have to redo it when i wipe or change a phone :-)

And the N6p has a glass panel on its back, around the camera, which is fragile, according to some reviews.

Yes I m a student so I have unidays for moto discount, but I still aim for 6p. Better camera, fingerprint scanner, and is not as wide as n6. and just FYI, N6p's back is metal, not glass:P
Also, N6 via motorola is 280 with 10% discount and I am getting 64gb N6p for 410, In all fairness its nearly 50% more than n6, you are making me wonder...
