OP mentioned that they are in Belgium now so didn't add the postage to UK (since it's still free shipping to Belgium from amazon.fr), also if you use a card of the right kind to pay for the item in euros this can bring the price down to what is stated in the title. Edit: so with the missing postage it can be got for about £214/5.

This claims price is £210 but it isn't...? Converts to over £220 right? Or am I missing something?

I think coil whine happens when you get massive frame rates like in menus or cut scenes, so it's not always apparent while in game. Vsync might cure it.

Or frame limiting.

You would struggle. These cards are massive. They are a lot more heat and energy friendly than AMD's but I still think it would be hard tbh.

Cheers. As I wanted a small, quiet box I thought a mini-itx. Not think you'd be able to get powerful enough component s in a box that size?

Unless you are looking to build a small form factor box type thing (which I don't recommend), take a look at this:
Yeah I think 500+ is out of my price range atm though. Can anyone point me to any build sites for a small gaming pc for the living room?

Of course you do, the warranty is good across Europe.
Tbh, I ordered mine from Amazon Italy earlier this year but Amazon still just shipped it from Dunfermline anyway and it arrived next day by Yodel.

Would I be able to run the latest games in 4k with this? I'm looking at building a gaming pc after consistently poor frame rates on ps4 and any advice would be great

It won't do 4k, you need a 980ti or a titan for that really. This is a 2k card but tbh very few games are still even optimised for that.
You start to see poor texture quality above 1080p because they're still doing most art assets with the consoles in mind.
No question though, this card would smash a ps4 to bits and then urinate all over what's left. The consoles aren't anywhere close to the same league.

Same here. There is also one game that causes it although I can't remember what it is but I wear a headset anyway so I can't hear it.
The funniest thing is that I don't think it was any massively intensive game that I have played on it this year like GTA V, FO4 or TW3 and I play those games near maxed out at 1440p.

Coming out at £223 for me, how do you get £210. On the last page of the Amazon buying process at the bottom Discounts section it says €10 offered and also Assassins Creed which leads me to believe we would also be eligible for the "bullets and blades" offer.

Not the best price ever (I got a Zotac one from Nigel OHara for £198 in July), but still pretty good and worth buying. Check it will fit in your case first.

Yes, this gets the bullet or blades game voucher with it, according to the amazon shop page  at least until 15th December

Don't worry about warranty, it's still covered, if you get any problems there's a English email you can use to contact them

You log in with your UK account, you add it to basket and before you get to place the order there will be some options about payment where you choose the currency. There you will see the shipping price. You don't have to buy it. For me it shows 6.24 eur for shipping so the total amount to pay is GBP 223.97 (including any exchange rate fee or whatever)

I have the G1 version an indeed it suffers from coil whine when running any graphic card benchmark. In gaming I cannot hear it all the time, my max res is only 1080x1920
