At the Chancery Lane London location they're saying that you need to purchase a drink to get the free bakery item despite pointing out the email does not specify this. I didn't want a drink so didn't get the item. Not impressed

The emails have the same code though so I gathered that it will only let you redeem that code once?

Don't know about other stores but couldn't process the code in Cardiff this am. They just gave the discount manually

Wow over 3 hours before someone who doesn't have a clue about tax law spouts this rubbish. Site is slipping.
They pay their tax, what is due it's the government that makes the crazy tax laws they follow and we just vote them back in each time and they don't bother to change the laws. Wonder why that is probably because do many of the "tax experts" like you let the companies take the blame.
I did but as you get a free drink for a £10 gift card purchase (which I then use to top up my app) it's not a very good deal

It does look like it is open to all. The credit is applied a few days after. I tried but my CC kept being rejected so will try in store over the weekend.

I got this too, I also got an email saying if I top up £20 then I get a free drink of any size. I like these cos it's a challenge to see how expensive I can make my free drink

I also received an email (in addition to the bakery item) advising that if I top-up £20 they will add another £5 as a bonus.

Stores are having trouble processing the offer but honoured anyway. Email reads as though it's meant for new members.
