If you aren't a customer you will need to register an account in store and then you can then make a purchase to get your free Xmas tree.

So annoyed now! I was obviously given duff info from the staff member at store and the call handler at head office. Plus the female said she would look into it and give me a call back. Still waiting!

There are still some in Walsall, I hadn't printed the email but screen grabbed the voucher and showed it on my phone, no problems :smiley:

Anyone in West mids the stores are in Tamworth b77 5de, Walsall and Kidderminster and colleagues will sort new and existing members with voucher as long as a valid email provided

Just spoken to their HQ, if you register as a new customer (free / simple to do) then as long a you register with an email address you will be forwarded the voucher...

You must have been lucky as I went to update my details & was told I had to show the email to get a voucher at the desk.

Head office confirmed - you need to have had an email it's not as easy as tipping up and becoming a new member!

Well just been to my local store and the promotion is right however we were not allowed one because you apparently have to produce an email that you should have received last night to entitle you to a coupon. Their system for some reason did not have my email address details. Despite updating it she still wouldn't give me a coupon. Bah humbug!

When I got one a few weeks ago they had thousands the shop guy told me so guess its easy to give away now but I only paid £9-99 anyways which was a bargain .
