Great deal Heat Added OP,
I bought one a couple of weeks ago and have used it everyday,
Just a few things i've noticed - The bluetooth connection to my phone (Galaxy s5) can be a bit hit and miss to a point i had to uninstall the app and reinstall before it would sync despite working the previous few days,
Notifications were a headache to set up and can sometimes be delayed from the time your phone recieves them to the time your Surge will alert you.
The strap - even though it looks replaceable no where seems to sell them.
Not intending to buy but thank you for your helpful constructive comments. If only more users were like you. Although i do find the opinionated sods on here hilarious for their comedic value

UK distance selling regulations are law. They will always apply, despite any small print. BUT you may have to pay return postage costa and return the purchase totally unopened, i.e. still sealed.

I've searched M&S website, can't see anything about not being able to return it? Surely the 14 day cooling off period applies anyway?

Bought this recently when it dropped to £130. This deal is a really good price. Impressed with the watch. Previously had a Garmin activity tracker which was returned due to constant data missing, not syncing etc. This fitbit syncs effortlessly with PC and Android phone. GPS and continious heart rate work well. Good spread of data collected. Battery life is not too bad with a few days normal use and quick recharge. Only down side is its a tad big and this can cause it to catch on shirt sleeve but I can live with that.

If it's unopened don't they have to accept the return by law (distance selling regulation)? perhaps they won't extend it to 35 days but I'd imagine they would have to accept a return if purchased online.

So you cannot return a product without being able to prove you bought it from them? Not sure that is problem. JL provide a link to your original receipt on their website. Otherwise of course you can return if faulty or totally unused.
Would imagine once you use it is registered to you, making it difficult for another purchaser to use it.

Looking at getting this as a present for someone for xmas, tempted at this price!
Torn between this one or getting the Fitbit Charge HR - anyone got any experience of the 2 and which would be better?
PLEASE READ THIS
Before anyone rushes out to buy it, please note you CANNOT return it. From another thread here on HUKD that is quoting the M&S Site: Returning Fitbit Products
