GTA V had a huge demand too, and still to this day has kept its value high. This, for such a great game, has already seen better days.

Demand for GTA is an entirely different scale. Sales figures for Fallout 4, in the UK at least, dropped 80‰ after the first week. Everyone wants GTA and anyone buying a console to this day still wants it, including kids. As great as it is, Fallout 4 is still a niche game in comparison.
