Avoid it if I was you, it's just boring it's better than the NFS games we've had recently but nothing like the older games like underground, is the PC going to have wheel support or in car view? because console version has neither.

I've never really contemplated buying Fallout....by the comments it sounds like it's awesome.
Couple of noob questions..
Do you need to have played Fallout 3 first to make the most of Fallout 4?
What sort of game is it like? Sounds a little GTA style with the freedom to do what ever you like??

I didn't like Fallout 3 and New Vegas because of their tedious combat and boring landscapes, but Fallout 4 is really good.
There are some references to the previous games. However the setting, story and characters are different so there is no need to play Fallout 3 before jumping into this.
Gameplay is similar to the Elder Scrolls series. It's an action game (either first-person or third-person, the player decides) with RPG elements and a huge map to explore with secrets and warring factions.

I will be avoiding Assassin's Creed Syndicate purely on the basis that previous iterations have just been way too similar and I've got bored of it now. Metal Gear Solid 5 on the other hand has been rated 10/10, so I snapped this up pretty quickly when it came down in the black Friday deals. Haven't had a change to play it yet, but played the prequel, Ground Zero and that was good.

Do you know what? I don't know what to do when it comes to games anymore as these price drops are ridiculous! I need to get this game for my brother but next week it could be £22, what are these Companies playing at? I brought that new 3ds Zelda game last week as my mum was about to buy it instore for £33 i found it online for £25.99 thinking oh thats a great deal then 2 days later not only did the price drop to £21.49 i found it on another site for £17.99! thats practically half price within a few days! its shocking! its not fair either.on consumers, glad i didnt buy this game today! i wont be buying it till a few days before christmas now.

It's all about luck or inside knowledge of when prices are going to drop.
In fairness, Christmas time you are going to see new deals every day and some companies will have mega cheap offers to compete.
I wouldn't call it unfair on consumers. Just bad luck when buying something one day and it's cheaper the next...

Not really a fair comment where Bethesda are concerned though to be fair, since you can easily get 100-200 hours out of the base game with Fallout and Elder Scrolls titles.

Brilliant price! I paid full price for this game when it came out in November - worth every penny though. It's so much fun to "lose yourself" in the Fallout universe. The worst thing when playing is that moment when you realise it's 4am and you're up for work in 3 hours time... #ItSucksAwayTheHours

Totally agree, I told the Mrs last night I'd play it for an hour at 10pm, 2am later I thought no way have I been on this for 4 hours. Had to get up at 6am too. Killed me off, worth every penny at this price tho, heat added

I was a bit disappointed with FO4, defiantly worth £28 but nothing more than average this year has been full of disappointments - Just Cause 3, Battlefront and Need for Speed just to name a few.

Then it was a rebuild.. of a game that already existed it wasn't a completely new game and in any case it's been out ages! I own GTAV on ps4 and 360 so I know its an upgrade but fallout is a game that been out for a little over a month!

No it wasn't. A remaster just has a higher resolution and possibly frame-rate. GTAV on current gen is rebuilt from the ground up. Much more traffic and pedestrians present, new vehicles added, far more detailed graphics, weather, richer vegetation, new radio songs and dialogue added. Perhaps the biggest change is the brand new first-person mode which transforms the whole game.
So yeah, not a remaster at all. There's a reason why this version holds its price and the last-gen versions are a tenner in most places.

Wow this is a crazy price drop.
I've had the game since release and I'm glad I got to abuse the glitches lol. I had never played a fallout game before and I'm glad I could get free ammo etc. This game was also to hard for me and ended up playing on easy.
This is definitely one of the best games. Bargain.

yes and they take a chunk out for the game just so they can sell it back to you as dlc or Like arkham night give you a worthless bit of dlc that is 10 minutes long.
