Silly deal when you really think about it, especially compared to those cheap CiT & ACE brands etc.
I suggest you buy other stuff with it to spread the postage costs out as without shipping, its a stonking £15.98 incl. VAT!!

The 750W comes with a 10 Year warranty and is based on the Super Flower Leadex Gold, which is considered to be one of the best 750 watts power supplies on the market.

My 9 month old EVGA 500W PSU failed last week, taking my motherboard out along with it. I would certainly think twice before buying another EVGA PSU.

Check total power usage of your components. if within power rating, psu normally lasts quite long unless overclocking.

The last time I tried to order a good deal for a power supply from Scan, they accepted and acknowledged my order, then I got an email saying it was out of stock. They kept the same advert going for 3 more days afterwards so I tried to order again - with the same result - out of stock.

Is it better than a Corsair 550VX?

The 750W is a great price at £64.99, wish I could sell it that cheaply!
Yeah it's a fantastic price. I currently have a Seasonic X-650 which was a very highly rated PSU, it's 6 years old though so I'm considering replacing it before anything goes wrong.

Astonishing price, but fails HardOCP's review here
Probably better than the rubbish usually sold at this price, but defo. not comparable to EVGA's more expensive PSUs.
I think I'd chance this for a basic machine at a strict budget, given the price and 3 year warranty ...
